摘要:
目的 了解健康教育讲座对高中生HPV知识、态度和行为(知信行)的影响。方法 在广西桂林某县中学随机整群抽取4个班,并随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组接受HPV相关知识健康教育讲座,对照组不实施干预,1周后比较两组HPV知信行的得分及认知变化情况。结果 干预后HPV知信行各维度得分及总得分均提高,其中知识得分的增长幅度最大,评分从8.65分上升到15.75分(P<0.05)。干预后HPV知识知晓率、态度和行为均明显改善(P<0.05),接种疫苗意愿从48.5%提高到71.7%。结论 健康教育干预能够提高高中生的HPV知识、态度和行为。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the impact of health education lectures on HPV knowledge,attitudes and behaviors(knowledge lines)of high school students.Methods Four classes were randomly selected from a middle school in Guilin City,Guangxi Province,and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group received HPV-related knowledge health education lectures,and the control group did not implement intervention.After one week,the scores and cognitive changes of HPV knowledge lines were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores and total scores of HPV knowledge lines increased significantly,in which the increase of knowledge scores was the larges with the score increased from 8.65 points to 15.75 points(P<0.05).The awareness rate,attitude and behavior of HPV were significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05),and the willingness to vaccinate increased from 48.5% to 71.7%.Conclusion Health education intervention can improve HPV knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of high school students.
